Ramen is a type of noodle the Japanese made famous after bringing it back from China. The brand Ramen has bastardized what is otherwise a very healthy food. Try Kenzo on Dundas and Bay in Toronto which only serves fresh ramen noodles. Service is not great but the food is excellent.

Since it’s tasty and easy to make, it’s a stereotypical bachelor / student meal.
